Fill this out by November 30th. Everything you share stays private — only our small team sees it, never posted publicly.
One honest note: we can't promise every family will be adopted, but we promise we'll try our hardest.

Pickup will be at the RMV parking lot, 1794 N Main St, Fall River, MA. Families from any town may sign up for pickup. Delivery is only available in Fall River, Swansea, Somerset, and Dartmouth for families without reliable transportation.

If you agree to photos, they will be posted on the Fall River Cares Facebook page to show donors their gifts arrived. We always photograph the gifts themselves as a delivery record — no people in those shots.
After you submit: check your email for your confirmation before submitting again. If the confirmation email arrived, we have your application — please do not submit again.
